Move In/Out Cleaning
You can rely on us to get in the day before you move into your new home or the day after you leave your old home to ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned. Including inside all cupboards and all woodwork washed and inside windows cleaned.
Letting Agent - Tenancy Cleaning
We specialise in getting a property ready for new tenants, whether that be a sparkle to freshen a property up that has been stood empty or a deep clean to rectify things left by a previous tenant. Reports for the tenancy deposit scheme are included in the service.
Deep Spring Cleaning
Get rid of those winter cobwebs and blow the dust away with a full spring clean. Included is all woodwork washed and inside of windows cleaned as well as the usual spring cleaning jobs.
De Cluttering Service
Has your home got on top of you? Are you struggling under a sea of endless things to clean and don't know where to start? We are patient, caring and thoughtful. We will take care of your things and can help you sort out what you need and get your home back in order.
Laundry and Ironing
Have your laundry and /or ironing collected and returned to your home or place of work at a time to suit you.
All garments are cared for to the highest standard and returned to you hanging or folded according to your preference. Bed linen, table cloths, clothes etc. All items are accepted.
Additional Services
Laundry Wash & Dry
Laundry washing and drying is available. Usual turn around for this would be 3 days and ironing is additional to this service.
Inside Cabinets
Inside kitchen cabinets can be done upon request. This service is automatically included in move in and end of tenancy cleaning.
Inside Fridge
This can be requested at any time in any of the above cleaning services. We provide a bespoke service for all cleaning jobs and this can be added to a cleaning rota at any time.
Inside Oven
Oven cleaning is offered as part of a big cleaning job, we do not have the hot equipment to do a fast oven clean so we only oven clean when doing a deep clean, spring, clean, end of tenancy or house move clean.
Interior Walls
Interior walls can be washed upon request. We do not paint walls to cover marks.
Interior Windows
Interior windows are cleaned on any of the above cleans upon request. All our cleaning services are bespoke and this would be discussed with you at the cleaning meeting. Interior windows can also be done as a one off clean.
